ゴールの見える戦いはしんどいけどある意味 幸せ……深い森の中でどこに行ったらいいか迷っているのなら、腰をおろして鳥のさえずりに耳を傾けるのもいい。

A struggle with the goal in sight is exhausting,

yet in a way, it is a blessing.

But if you find yourself lost deep in the forest,

unsure which path to take,

it may be enough to sit down—

and simply listen to the birds sing.

看得见终点的奋斗虽令人疲惫，

却在某种意义上是一种幸福。

若你迷失在幽深的森林里，
