放鬆(foushow)and入静(nhusei)

A lot of sites explain about <放鬆(foushow)>.
Put simply,
To relax without placing any extra power.

<放鬆(foushow)> is not weakness.

Can you ride a bicycle?
At the beginning, you are unstable because you are nervous.
As you get good at riding a bicycle
You ride a bicycle without thinking anything.
You take balance without using extra power and step on the bicycle pedal.
That is
You are not using extra power in a fixed.

We call it a <放鬆(foushow)> in Qigong.
Not limited to Qigong, there is 放鬆(foushow) in any world.

When you concentrate on something, you are in a state of <放鬆(foushow)>.

Then,
By going into the state of <放鬆(foushow)>, you enter the state of <入静(nhusei)>.

There are various explanations about <入静(nhusei)>.
Any commentary is not saying “This is a decision to comment on the 入静(nhusei)!"

It’s hard to define 入静(nhusei) so much.
It is harder to express than rather.

入静(nhusei) is a kind of mental state. (The state of the brain at that time is α wave)

The mind is here, but the heart is not here.

At that time yourself is clearly clear in consciousness.
Your consciousness is spreading
You feel a kind of unique comfort.

In Zen it is a state called “Zen meditation".

From that state you return to yourself,
You can see clearly that you had a spirit in another dimension world until then.

It can be said that qigong law is aiming for <入静(nhusei)>.

The 入静(nhusei) state is from a shallow state to a deep state.

According to recent research
The brain cells are awakened by the static state and know that intelligence and academic ability are up.

That is why it is said that “super powers woke up by Qigong."

When entering the <入静(nhusei)> state
The mind is stable gently and there is a sense that the mind spreads.

And by repeating that, changes will also occur in daily life.
Things that we could not accept from the narrowness of your discretion so far will be accepted and your mind will always be calm and stable.

It will not appear in a short time, you will notice that you are not angry about what you were angry with until now.

You will not become nervous to others. Your relationship will change.

There is a time to say like “to blow one’s top".
When practicing Qigong,
“Qigong" is always in 丹田(tanden), “Qigong" will not climb to the head, so such things will go away.

First and foremost, your world will change at all by getting the world of yourself as “入静(nhusei)".

It is good that you practice Chiqing alone by yourself, and it is good to have a number of people gather at the exercise classroom.
If anyone can do it better than anyone else, everyone soon reaches that level.

After <入静(nhusei)>, people smile each other with facial expressions not yet woken up from their dreams.
